Mặn Mòi serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine, which we relish. Having set foot in foreign lands, we've come to appreciate local, homely dishes even more. This is our reason for opening this bistro to share our love for Vietnamese delicacies with friends worldwide.  

Let us share a few notes here and there about the origins of our dishes so that your meal takes on this air of leisure.

We draw inspiration from the hearty meals our Grandmothers and Mothers prepared and select the freshest local produce to turn into homely dishes, be it a salad, a stew, a soup, or a dessert. We do everything with care because we want to convey the elegance of Vietnamese cuisine and the warm hospitality of Vietnamese people.  

Please note that we also have a takeaway option. If you can't dine in, ask our staff to wrap savory Saigon delicacies to enjoy at home.
